Then, if you have an energy contract currently, you’ll need to either review it or touch base with your current supplier to confirm the end date–we can contact your energy supplier for you, if you prefer.

No, Integrity Energy will never send you a bill. Our services are similar to that of an insurance broker’s: We work with over 30 major suppliers to negotiate the best energy deal possible for your business, passing the savings on to you. We earn a small amount on each contract that we set up from the supplier providing the contract.

However, unlike other brokers who may have fewer suppliers and could be partial to sending clients to one supplier or another, Integrity Energy has a large, healthy network of over 30 major suppliers, a large client base, and a decade of experience. This volume allows us to negotiate with our suppliers more effectively and put our clients’ needs front and center.

Never. Throughout the switching process, you will always remain with your utility company, which is separate from your energy supplier. Your utility company is responsible for delivering energy from energy suppliers to your building via the utility company’s wiring, pipes and other infrastructure.

When the time comes to switch, your utility company will simply start delivering energy from your new supplier on your new energy plan, but this will never interrupt your energy flow.

Usually, the answer to this question is no, but it depends on your location. In many areas, you will still continue to receive your bills from the same utility company you’ve always had, with your new supplier noted on the bill. (Remember, your utility company is not the same as your energy supplier).
